This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our main Terms available at Aloeharx.com/terms-of-service. Please carefully review this Shipping Policy when purchasing our products, as it applies to any order you place with us.

At Aloeha Rx LLC, we strive to process and ship your orders promptly and efficiently. We ship oral care products such as mouthwash, toothpaste, and other cosmetic hygiene items to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended, and we will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Our default shipping carrier is USPS, as it is the most cost-effective option for our customers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and selected method. Rates may include standard ground shipping or expedited options if available.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days after processing via USPS.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost; delivery in 1-3 business days after processing (options and fees displayed at checkout). Expedited options may use other carriers such as UPS or FedEx.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error. All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Disclaimer for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: USPS delivers to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses without issue for our products. If you select an expedited shipping method that uses a carrier other than USPS (e.g., UPS or FedEx), please ensure your address is compatible, as those carriers may not service P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We recommend choosing USPS for these destinations. If we detect a mismatch between your selected shipping method and address type, we will reach out to you via email before processing the order to confirm or adjust, helping to minimize any shipment delays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you enter an invalid shipping address, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.

Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Shipments

If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or undelivered, please contact us immediately at contact@aloeharx.com with your order number and details. We will investigate and may offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy available at Aloeharx.com/return-and-refund-policy.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
